So who are you then and what do you do?

James Fletcher, I'm a freelance illustrator who specialises in horror comic strips.

What have you done that I might recognize?

I have worked on Engine comics, Negative Burn, Bedlam, Usher and From the Tomb.

What have you done that I don’t know about?

I have produced the cover art for the next From the tomb (#22) collaborated with Leah Moore and John Repion for Self made hero recently finished a strip for Dead by dawn and I'm starting a couple of new and exiting projects which are under wraps right now.


Tell me something you have not told anyone else.

I'm doing this questionnaire.

Chocolate.

What word do you think is underused?

Plethora.

What book do you wished you had worked on?

The Skywald horror-mood mags (Psycho, Nightmare or Scream).

What book do you think would have been better if you had worked on it?

Most modern-day horror comics!


Are you underpaid or overrated?

Underpaid

JLA or Avengers?

Avengers.

Thanos or Darkseid?

Darkseid.

Judge Dredd or Hellboy?

Hellboy.

Are your choices influenced by your current employer?

Not at all.

If you could be involved in telling a story featuring any two characters who would they be?

Batman and Robin.


If you were a sandwich what would your filling be?

Cheese.

Can you get me a job?

Only if you don't mind working in a Supermarket.

Save the world or rule the galaxy?

Save the world.

One thing that annoys you about comic fans? (Only one please!!)

CGC – blessing or curse?

Is this Computer Generated Comics? if so definitely a blessing (but only if used sensibly!).


Who sent this to you and do you like them or merely tolerate them?
