1. How do I place an order?
The easiest way to place an order is through our online shop. You can securely order online and we will dispatch the items to you, for countries outside the U.K Europe Canada and U.S.A. Pay pal payments can be made, see the Shipping and Delivery section below for our postage and packing rates

2. What methods of payment do you accept?
We offer the following payment options:

Cheque
Cheques we can accept cheques ( UK Only ) but prefer postal orders.
Cheques should be made payable to whatever comics.
PayPal we can accept Paypal the email for paypal payments whatevercomics@btinternet.com
Payments will always be calculated in GBP
3. Shipping and Delivery
When an item is in stock we make every effort to dispatch your goods within 48 hours. However please allow 28 days for delivery as unforeseen circumstances sometime arise.
If your order is delayed more than 28 days due to circumstances beyond our control.
we will endeavour to inform you of the change to estimated delivery.
Average Delivery times to the following countries using standard shipping options are as follows
UK1 - 3 business days
EUROPE7 - 15 business days
USA/CANADA10- 20 business days
ROW10 - 20 business days
Postage and packing charges
We will always send you an email to confirm your purchase, this email will contain the exact shipping cost as the site often round off to the next band, we adjust this here and nine out of ten times the email will show a cheaper price, we charge postage at cost with only a onetime handling fee on each order. 6.Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect, simply return your item(s) to us in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt, and we will undertake to refund the cost of the items in full.
If you would need to return an item please contact us (link to contact form) in the first instance describing the problem and we will respond to you to try and resolve it within 28 days
